Service Description
Myofascial release foam rolling is a great addition to your massage. Learn the easy to apply techniques of foam rolling clients! Release fascia with a foam roller of many forms. These techniques provide relief to your clients that are so easy to apply. Hands on techniques are demonstrated and practiced for proficiency. Bring your own rollers to get practice with your personal roller.

Cancellation Policy
Classes may be cancelled 31 days prior to the class for a full refund. Classes cancelled within 30 days will not be refunded or transferred. Live webinar classes must have zoom access. You will need audio and video live for the entire class to receive credit for the course. Hands on live webinar classes will require practice bodies as directed for each live webinar class. Disconnecting the live video or not being visible for the live video during a live webinar will result in removal from the class and no credit will be issued.
