Service Description

Table stretching applies deep stretching on the table that focuses on assisted stretching for your clients. This is a dynamic hands on class that provides full body stretching with flair. Participants will observe a live techniques demonstration with hands on practice of the stretches. *PLEASE READ* You will need 2 practice bodies. The first body at 2:30pm. The second body at 3:30pm. This is a requirement for the class. There will be no refund given to those who do not have their practice bodies. No sheets for this treatment. Have clients wear comfortable stretching clothing. Video and audio must be turned on during the entire duration of the class in order for it to be credited.
