Service Description
A comprehensive dive into thoracic spine, focusing on effective methods to release tension and improve mobility. We’ll examine the fascia connections in the area and demonstrate hands-on techniques to ensure proficiency. 1. Discuss how proper muscle mobility in the thorax contributes to overall postural alignment and balance. 2. Learn and practice specific myofascial release techniques targeting the anterior thoracic region.

Cancellation Policy
Classes may be cancelled 31 days prior to the class for a full refund. Classes cancelled within 30 days will not be refunded or transferred. Live webinar classes must have zoom access. You will need audio and video live for the entire class to receive credit for the course. Hands on live webinar classes will require practice bodies as directed for each live webinar class. Disconnecting the live video or not being visible for the live video during a live webinar will result in removal from the class and no credit will be issued.
